Spring almost came to Virginia and then the cool air whipped back on us and temperatures dropped. 

Sometimes, life feels like that. Everything is moving forward then suddenly seems to take a step back. 

But, in reality, we are always moving forward. Even when it seems like we went backwards, we are encountering a situation at a new level. We might feel like it is the same old stuff coming up again and again, and it is, but you are encountering it at a whole new level. Every time, you have the choice to respond differently and keep moving forward. Each time you do, you are growing and learning and blossoming. Eventually, you will move beyond that same old stuff and into a whole new arena.

Relationships can be one of the biggest trigger areas for us. Have you noticed that?

Relationships are mirrors. They give us the opportunity to see where we love ourselves and where we don't, where we judge ourselves, where we hide.

Relationships give us the opportunity to look at ourselves and grow and be our highest grandest version of ourselves. Sometimes, we get to go through some stuff to get there, though!

Next month, I will be offering a revised version of Magnetize Your Mate called Be Magnetic: Attract Your Ideal Relationships and it is all about - you guessed it - relationships! Your relationship with yourself, your significant other, your tribe, your clients. They all start with you, and we will be exploring that in depth in the 6-week course.

People have been asking for this, and I am so excited to be putting it all together to share with you.
